Franchise prospects must provide proof of net worth to qualify for the behind-the-scenes tour and additional winnings. Winner must schedule the franchise tour date with McDonough’s franchisee by June 30th or winnings will be forfeited. Visa gift card valued at $250 will be awarded to the winner to cover transportation costs to McDonough and lodging costs upon arrival.

Name of Sweepstakes: Your Pie Franchising “VIP Your Pie Experience” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).
Sponsorship: The Sweepstakes sponsor is Your Pie Franchising, LLC (“Your Pie Franchising”) located at ____. Your Pie Franchising will conduct the Sweepstakes as required by these rules.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on May 11, 2023, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 15, 2023, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”).
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have a net worth of $750,000 or more required to qualify for Your Pie franchising. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Your Pie Franchising and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, go to franchise.yourpie.com/contest and complete and submit the online entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received outside the Entry Period or in excess of the entry limit will be disqualified. Your Pie Franchising is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a private behind-the-scenes tour of the latest Your Pie location in Kellytown, GA. The Grand Prize includes a $300 Visa gift card to cover transportation expenses and lodging for one person. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $800.
Winner Selection: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified within three (3) business days after the end of the Entry Period by email and/or phone using the contact information provided on the entry form. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to respond to the notification or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing.
Prize Acceptance: The Grand Prize winner will be required to coordinate with Your Pie Franchising to schedule the tour before July 31, 2023. If the tour cannot be scheduled before that date due to winner conflict or any force majeure event, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. The Grand Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be allowed except by Your Pie Franchising, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must provide Your Pie Franchising with a valid social security or taxpayer identification number before the prize will be awarded.
General Terms. This Sweepstakes is subject to all appliable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law, including, without limitation, in the State of Rhode Island. By entering into this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Your Pie Franchising which shall be final and binding. Your Pie Franchising reserves the right to disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time, in its sole discretion. Your Pie Franchising is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD YOUR PIE FRANCHISING HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Unless prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner grants Your Pie Franchising a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness without further authorization or remuneration of any kind of advertising or other publicity purposes in any and all media forms.
