Justin first joined the brand in 2015 as a Franchisee when he and his brother Jacob purchased their first Your Pie location in North Atlanta. Over the next seven years Justin more than doubled the sales of that location and opened a 2nd and 3rd successful location in 2017 and 2019. As a multi-unit owner, Justin mentored and developed hundreds of employees, operated 3 restaurants profitably throughout the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic, and has become an expert on all things Your Pie Operations. In 2023, Justin transitioned to the role of Vice President of Operations and Support, bringing his invaluable hands-on experience to the Franchisor. His ability to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and the day-to-day realities of franchise ownership will be a driving force behind Your Pie’s continued success and development.  Justin resides in Atlanta with his wife Kristin, and his 3 children, Audrey, Ava, and Luke. While not solving pizzas problems, Justin enjoys spending time with family and watching his alma mater, the University of Geogia Bulldogs, win football championships.
